Individual tests
Fifteen tests you can take on your own
Every one of them is free, needs no account and no email address, and shows you the whole result the moment you finish. They describe the pattern in what you reported. They do not diagnose you, and they cannot tell you what your partner is thinking.
What a test like this can honestly do
It can take something you half-know and put it in order. Fifteen or twenty questions, answered honestly, usually surface a pattern you had noticed in pieces but never named — and naming it is often the thing that makes it discussable.
What it cannot do is assess you. There is no clinician reading your answers, no hidden model, and no secret second page. The scoring is arithmetic, written down and the same for everybody, and it only ever knows what you told it on the day you took it.

A test with one person in it is half the picture.
The couples test asks you both the same questions, separately, and nothing is compared until you have both finished and both agreed to it. It is free, and your partner never sees your raw answers.
None of these tests is therapy, counselling or a clinical assessment, and none of them knows your situation. If something here is hard to read because of what is happening at home, please speak to someone you trust or use these resources.
